"We ask you to please carefully read the following important announcement and attachments on the AutoGate process at our Zeebrugge Terminal.

Following a few teething issues we are confident to announce that the AutoGates are now fully operational.

They remove all manual and paper-based operations and allow your drivers to smoothly drop and collect units in a significantly reduced timeframe.

To further assist you and your drivers/hauliers with access using our AutoGate in Zeebrugge, we have put together four supporting materials to help with the use of the system, and what is required at each stage for ease of access.

The four supporting materials are;

1. A Drivers Check List for all information required
2. A matrix for Laden and Empty – and for Drop-off and Collection at all stages
3. A full Drivers Guide Process –  showcasing with an example of each stage of the process
4. A Drivers Guide Summary – that can be used to pass to each driver
