Aeroe Ferries was established in May 2002 by the local municipal Ærø Kommune. Aeroe Ferries transports goods, vehicles and passengers between Ærø and Fyn/Als. The routes includeSøby-Fynshav-Fåborg with the ferry M/F Skjoldnæs and Ærøskøbing-Svendborg with the ferries M/F Marstal and M/F Ærøskøbing.
