Booking process

When shipping hazardous, the details must be pre-advised at least 24 hours in advance.

Check- in process

Check-in must be completed adhering to the following close down times.

Calais 22:30 hrs departure

Drivers should entre the port Calais via DFDS freight check-in booths.

• Non-hazardous - Fully checked – in and customs ready by:  19:30 hrs
• Hazardous - Fully Checked – in and customs ready by: 17:30 hrs

Tilbury 10:00 hrs departure

Drivers should entre the port of Tilbury via the check-in plaza.

(check-in between 03:00 - 08:45 hrs)

• Non-hazardous - Fully checked –  in and customs ready by  08:45 hrs
• Hazardous - Fully Checked – in and customs ready by  06:00  hrs

On Board facilities

• Shared Cabins (2 per cabin) with showers. 
• Light meal and refreshments
• 11:00 hrs – Lunch and light refreshments
• 23:59 hrs – Light snacks, refreshments – Breakfast served @ 04:00 hrs
